Terms and Conditions:

I agree to have my child, named above, abide by the rules and guidelines set by Monsignor Scanlan High School. I also agree that it is my child's responsiblility and obligation to follow the directions of the bus driver.
I understand that if my child does not abide by the rules and guidelines set, they may be suspended or banned from using the bus service and depending on the offense can be suspended or expelled from Monsignor Scanlan High School.
I understand that the bus fee is subject to increase each year with given notice from Monsignor Scanlan High School.
I understand that the bus fee is for the entire school year from September through June.
I understand, each year, I will need to submit payment for Monsignor Scanlan High School's Bus Service for the following school year.
I understand, after September 30th of each school year NO REFUNDS WILL BE GRANTED.
