We believe that our tuition at Msgr. Scanlan High School is reasonable and comparable to the tuition of other Catholic high schools in the Bronx and Manhattan. Tuition does not cover the cost per student at our school. We depend on the generosity of alumni and other friends of our school to make it possible for our students to attend Scanlan without involving a further financial burden on their parents.
Tuition is $5,600 yearly, paid in ten installments, due from July 15 to April 15. There is also a general fee of $550 and a mandatory fund-raising fee of $350 yearly. Other fees such as graduation fee, prom fee, special trip fee and other fees are announced as applicable during the school year.We expect tuition and other fees to be paid on a timely basis. The payment schedule for the current 2009/2010 school year is as follows:

Parents who choose to pay tuition in one payment for the year receive a 5% tuition decrease.

There are several options for tuition payment, for the current 2009/2010 school year. This reflects the suggestions of parents and the reality of varied regular income for parents. We believe that this gives every prospective student a plan for tuition according to the individual family's circumstances.
Available Methods of Tuition Payment
1. Tuition paid in full by October 1 -5% discount
2. Tuition paid in two payment -September 1-1 1/ 4% discount--February 1-1 1/ 4% discount
3. Tuition paid in four payments- September 1, November 1, February 1, April 1
4. Tuition paid in ten payments- due the 15th of each month
5. Tuition paid in twenty payments- due the 20th and 30th of each month
6.Credit Card- Visa, Master Card, American Express
