Summer School
Msgr. Scanlan High School offers Non-Regents make-up courses during the month of July. Depending upon the number of registered students, we hope to offer:
P.E 9, 10, 11,
Algebra, Geometry, Algebra 2,
Global History I, U.S. History,
Religion 9, 10, 11, English 9, 10, 11, Spanish 1, 2, 3, Biology, General Chemistry, Health
Summer School for 2010 runs from July 2--30
Please keep in mind that a class may be cancelled due to insufficient enrollment.
***SPECIAL NOTE: BECAUSE OF THE NUMBER OF DAYS IN SUMMER SCHOOL, ABSENCES ARE NOT ALLOWED EXCEPT IN THE CASE OF SERIOUS ILLNESS. EVEN IN THAT CASE, IF THERE ARE MORE THAN TWO ABSENCES, THE STUDENT WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE THE PROGRAM AND NOT RECEIVE CREDIT. VACATIONS ALSO ARE NOT VALID FOR MISSING SUMMER SCHOOL CLASSES.
